Mozart Clarinet Quintet with Colin Lawson
Joining Fiori for this unforgettable music is renowned classical clarinet specialist Colin Lawson – Mozart expert and until recently head of The Royal College of Music.
This is Mozart at his finest – and to contrast we also include music by Mozart’s favourite clarinettist Anton Stadler, as well as a clarinet quartet by his pupil Johann Nepomuk Hummel.
Colin Lawson plays on a bassett clarinet – the instrument these composers wrote for!
