Fiori Musicali are managed through Fiori Musicali Limited (FML), a non-profit company limited by shares, and supported by the Fiori Musicali Charitable Trust (FMCT), a UK-registered charity.

FML’s founder directors, Penelope and Bernard Rapson, have full responsibility for the operational activities of the company, which is regulated under the Companies Acts.
FML is funded by grants from FMCT and other trusts and foundations and by performance fees, box office and public funding.
Fiori Musicali Charitable Trust
Under the Gift Aid scheme, FMCT receives donations on which Income Tax is reclaimed. Funds are also received from legacies, which are free of both Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
FMCT is regulated under the Charities Acts.
Gail Arnott – Trustee, FMCT
Gail was fomerly Chief Executive of The Castle Theatre & Arts Centre, Wellingborough. She has a marketing background and wide experience of arts adminstration.
Stephen Finn – Trustee, FMCT
Stephen was a partner in national law firm Shoosmiths, and sings with the Fiori Musicali Choir and the Fiori Village Choir.
He volunteers time in helping with concert planning and acts as liaison in organising Fiori’s community-based concerts.
Bernard Rapson – Director, FML
A Chartered Accountant and IT professional, Bernard specialises in management information systems and finance raising. He set up and led the management consultancy practice for the East Midlands region of Grant Thornton prior to going freelance in 1990.
Bernard is responsible for Fiori’s business strategy and development.
Penelope Rapson – Director, FML
Penelope is Fiori’s artistic director, see here.
David Scott – Trustee, FMCT
David is a freelance licensing and business development consultant, advising and providing training on intellectual property, strategic, business development and financial issues to small companies across Europe.
David joined Fiori Musicali as a ‘Business in the Arts’ mentor, before becoming a Trustee. He devised the management and intellectual property agreements that are a cornerstone of Fiori’s governance.
